At Shay Kawaii, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Shay Kawaii tags attached before starting your request.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to send your package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use on your next aesthetic upgrade.
